J&K Bank today gave a warm send-offto one of its Presidents, Mohammad Younis Pattoo who superannuated afterserving the bank in different capacities for more than thirty-three years.

The bank'sChairman and Managing Director (CMD) R K Chhibber, Executive President P KTickoo, Presidents and Vice Presidents graced the farewell ceremony organizedin honour of the outgoing President.

Speaking at theceremony, the bank’s CMD extolled his qualities as a capable manager who wouldalways oversee the execution of the assigned work with great dedication.

The Chairman& MD said, “As we all know that our job as bankers entails continuousinterface with the general public, which is most of the times quite stressful.Therefore, the people at the helm should exude empathy towards their colleaguesand subordinates, so as to facilitate better management of affairs at theiroffices, departments, and business units in a cordial manner reflecting thespirit of togetherness and cooperation.”

 “Such qualities are worth emulating for all ofus and we wish MrPattoo a happy and active post-retirement life”, the chairmanadded.

Besides thankingthe entire gathering for the send-off, Mohammad Younis Pattoo said, “J&KBank family has always believed and lived the motto of serving the people. Notably,Pattoowas currently presiding over the departments of Corporate Communication &Marketing, Business Support Division and Impaired Assetsof the bank at the corporate headquarters of the bank.
